The 5 comfortable apartments are situated on the ground floor. Each apartment includes a seating area, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Other amenities include a 51-inch flat-screen TV, wireless internet and mini bar. There is also a private outdoor seating area with garden furniture and a sunshade. The village is surrounded by water and it is therefore not strange that it has become a famous watersports village with an international reputation. Besides the watersports activities there are, hiking, cycling and fishing activities around Terherne. The beach and the beautiful villages in the area are also very much worth a visit.

Payment and cancelation conditions
These are general hotel policies for De Mariahoeve. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.
No creditcards accepted, only cash
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.50 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
